The Perito Moreno glacier ,big break

The Perito Moreno glacier finally closed the passage of water in the Canal of the Icebergs, thus starting a process that most often ends with the phenomenon of the big break, known worldwide.

National Parks confirmed on 7 November 2011 that the wall of the Perito Moreno ice resting on land completely prevents water seepage. There are over one meter gap between the Brazo Rico and the channel of the icebergs. It starts a process that can culminate in a big break.
